                 - Leading each of the three interviews (1 on 1, group, working interviews).

                 - Enjoying and participating in monthly meetings, quarterly parties & reviews

                 - Checking other cleaners work weekly

Expected time investment

o 10-20 hours/ week

Compensation

• $ 17 - $ 18 hourly

• Quarterly bonuses for:

1. Living the Core Values

2. Getting 5 positive reviews with no more than 1 negative reviews

3. Showing up on time, every time

4. Completing jobs in the time given

Guidelines

• Clock in and out properly so you get paid

• Attend all company meetings and parties

• Make sure you have all the supplies and equipment you need to complete your outcomes
